Walking past the back of his car brings up two prompts: Loadout and Storage.

GTA protagonists have carried an armoury on their person since 1997. Two separate prompts at the boot of a car point somewhere else: gear kept in the vehicle, and a chosen set carried on foot. It matches Red Dead Redemption 2's horse-and-satchel split, and it matches the weapon wheel in the same leak, which shows a handful of melee options and a single pistol rather than a full arsenal.
